Originally part of Profile by Sanford, we have evolved into an independent brand focused on delivering customized nutrition plans, healthy food options, and expert 1-on-1 coaching. Our mission is to provide holistic, evidence-based guidance that supports sustainable lifestyle changes. Tanner

Hey There! My name is Tanner and I have the opportunity and privilege to manage Peak Wellness. I moved from the East side of the state where I was working as a nurse in 2017 to come out and open this location with my wife! Having the opportunity to work with a talented staff and walking alongside members in the health and wellness journey makes every day of my job a delight. Additionally, I work with many employers, health care clinics, and organizations to help support our community from a health minded perspective. As a coach, I love the uniqueness each member carries. The opportunity they are providing us as a health coach to join them in their journey is viewed as an honor. I love diving deeper in conversations and providing members with an attentive listening ear, often times our member come up with their own solutions. Most people listen with the intent to respond, but listening to understand is really what I strive for. Additionally, there are times that problem solving and providing suggestions based on evidence comes into play. Ultimately, I have the chance to help guide members to their goals all while helping to provide tools to make their changes sustainable, which is extremely rewarding!

Brandi

Hi there! My name is Brandi and I’m a Senior Coach at Peak Wellness. I started health coaching in September 2015, and I feel so blessed for each and every member I have been able to meet with over the years. Coaching has provided me with the unique opportunity to live out my vision of spreading kindness and health knowledge to others. My background is a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical, Education, and Recreation with minors in Nutrition and Public Health from South Dakota State University. I also hold an ACE Health Coach Certification.
I believe time is the most precious gift we have, and focusing on healthy behavior change helps us to extend this gift and live in our true identity.  I love to get to know each member’s personal values and be able to tie their health goals into what’s most important to them to help guide their steps. Recognizing non-scale victories really ties into this and is also one of the most rewarding parts of being a Health Coach. My goal as a coach is to bring a positive outlook and connection to each member as they seek their personal health goals and improve balance in their lives.

Hello! My name is TJ, and I am a Senior Health Coach. I graduated with a bachelors on Health Sciences, specializing in Healthy Lifestyle Coaching. Coaching has been such a rewarding experience as I’m able to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. I always knew that I wanted to work in the field of health, and helping people is something that’s important to me. Being a health coach allows me to do both.
My coaching style is really understanding who you are, and what you’re wanting to achieve through making connections and relating at a personal level. I truly believe that making connections allows you to spread all kinds of positivity as you take time to know someone and their needs. I like to dig deep into what my member’s motivations are and use that as their fuel. Also, be able to establish healthy habits to keep moving forward towards their goals. Through resources and my knowledge, I use these tools to make sure I am setting you up for success. Whether it’s nutrition, activity, or healthy behaviors, I will make sure to cover these bases to allow you to reach your optimal health and wellness.

Hi, my name is Dephne. I’m a health coach with Peak Wellness. What I love most about being a health coach is being able to empower my members to take control of their health and lifestyle goals.  I love to hear about their non-scale victories, their smaller, daily triumphs as they work toward success.  I use a friendly, collaborative, encouraging coaching style to help keep my members on-track.
Building relationships, celebrating successes and learning from failures is fundamental in the way I approach coaching.  Getting healthy and staying that way is not a fad diet or something you do for a few weeks.  It’s a lifestyle, a journey not a destination.
My goal for every coaching session is for my members to leave feeling better and more confident than when they came in.
