Fruit Green Tea

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Fruit Drink (Orange, Cranberry Grape, Mixed Berry)
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 8-10 oz. water
  1. Pour 4 oz. of water into a microwave-safe cup. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
  2. Add a green tea bag and steep for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cool and add choice of Peak Wellness Fruit Drink with an additional 4-6 oz. of cold water.
  4. Stir well, serve over ice, and enjoy!

Peak Wellness “Orange Julius”

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Orange Fruit Drink
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Ice
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth consistency. Enjoy!

Iced Pumpkin Spice Caramel Latte

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-6 oz. cold brew coffee
  • Ice
  • Optional: fat-free whipped topping
  • Optional: cinnamon powder
  1. In a blender bottle, combine Pumpkin Pie protein powder, almond milk, and cold brew coffee. Shake well.
  2. Add in the sugar-free caramel syrup and shake mixture until the syrup is blended well.
  3. Pour over ice. Optional to top off with whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder.
  4. Enjoy!

London Fog Tea Latte

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea bag
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 oz. water
  • Optional: ice
  1. Steep your choice of black tea into 4 oz. of hot water. Steep for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Separately, make your Vanilla protein shake according to package instructions.
  3. Add the steeped tea into the shake along with the vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Microwave for about a minute to make the drink more warm, or pour over ice for an iced London fog latte.
  5. Enjoy!

Cucumber Margarita Mocktail

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Vanilla Protein Shake
  • 1 scoop Peak Wellness Lemonade Hydrate+
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ½ tsp. lime extract
  • 8 oz. water
  • Ice
  1. In a blender, combine water, ice Vanilla shake, and scoop of Lemonade Hydrate+. Blend.
  2. Add in the cucumber and the lime extract. Blend again until cucumber is incorporated well. Enjoy!

Serves: 2

Cinnamon Chai

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Cinnamon Swirl Protein Shake
  • 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 oz. water
  • 1-2 bags chai
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
  • Ice
  1. Steep chai bag in 4 oz. of hot water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add to blender bottle with almond milk.
  3. Mix in Cinnamon Swirl shake, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder.
  4. Shake thoroughly.
  5. Pour over ice or put contents into a blender to create a chai Frappuccino. Enjoy!

Orange “Bellini”

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Orange Fruit Drink
  • 8-10 oz. diet ginger ale or sparkling water
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  1. In a glass, pour diet ginger ale or sparkling water and add Orange Fruit Drink powder. Mix carefully with a small whisk, making sure to not over stir.
  2. Once mixture is thoroughly mixed, add in frozen raspberries for garnish. Enjoy!

Cran-Grape Mimosa

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Cranberry Grape Fruit Drink
  • 8-10 oz. sparkling water or club soda
  • ¼ cup frozen cranberries
  1. In a glass, pour sparkling water or club soda and add Cranberry Grape Fruit Drink powder. Mix carefully with a small whisk, making sure to not over stir.
  2. Once mixture is thoroughly mixed, add in frozen cranberries for garnish. Enjoy!

Iced Caramel Mocha

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Mocha Protein Shake or 1 bottle Peak Wellness Mocha In A Bottle
  • 2 shots espresso or ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup
  • Ice
  1. Make Mocha shake per instructions on package or bottle.
  2. Pour shots of espresso or cold brew over ice and top off with Mocha mixture.
  3. Add in sugar-free caramel syrup and stir until well mixed. Enjoy!

  • 1 packet Peak Wellness Lemony Iced Tea Fiber Drink
